Example data

The GeoAssign program needs two different data sets as input: a test set and a reference set. You can download example input files containing genetic data by clicking the links below. The example files contain 200 reference samples and 50 test samples. The provided data is simulated. An example calculation can be done by simply using the predefined default parameters.
